Meal Planning Monday
This is our first time participating in MPM at I'm an Organizing Junkie we have been menu planning for about month or so its so easy and such a time saver, any ways here is our menu for the week, I only plan dinners, since breakfast and lunch are simple.
Monday: Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes and gravy
Tuesday: Whole Chicken with citrus marinade and salad
Wednesday: Pork Chops with rice and a veggie of some sort
Thursday: Some sort of soup or salad with the leftover chicken from Tuesday
Friday: Shrimp Pasta

Such a healthy and tasty week. The photo of the shrimp dish below this post looks amazing (just a shame I don't like shrimp!)

I dont really have a recipe I am just going to slice lemon, lime and oranges and stuff it inside the chicken, I saw something like that on a cooking show, but I dont remember which one, I will try to remember to post pictures! thanks for visiting!

planningqueen, you can make the ceviche with just the talapia, and no shrimp.
