So I want you all to forget about my last post...
The seller backed out and decided that she is going to try to make a little more money on the house so she is going to list the house either with an agent or as a "for sale by owner"
We are back on track with our May 2010 date!

Well, that sucks. The economy doesn't seem like it is turning around at the speed of lightning so maybe there will still be some excellent first time home buyer money out there when you're ready to use it?
