Dump and Go!

I just like the title! but after a few weeks of my absence I thought I would participate in the grocery cart challenges recipe swap. I made this last night and I am in love it was so good, everyone liked it and even though L had a major migraine that had us in bed at 830 pm (not asleep until 10) she managed to eat most of it! I got the recipe from allrecipes.com and I posted it early this week but here it is again!
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (mine went in straight from the freezer)
2 (11 ounce) cans condensed cream of Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 cup milk (only used about 1/4)
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder (used 1 garlic clove chopped)

Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. (I for got this step and nothing horrible happened) Place chicken breasts inside. In a medium bowl mix together soup and milk, and pour mixture over chicken. Season with salt and pepper to taste and garlic powder. (I seasoned the chicken first then put the sauce on top)
Cook on High for about 6 hours. (mine cooked on low for about 11 hours) Note: Do not lift lid while cooking! (I did and again nothing happened)
I served this over stuffing yummmy cant wait to have the leftovers for lunch!
here is the link directly to the recipe if you want to read other peoples variations,

That does sound yummy! Hope L is feeling better. Migraines suck.

(BTW, we had the "hell" moment and "JESUS!" moment at our house too when The Midge was younger. Guess who had to stop with the "JESUS CHRIST!" outbursts for fear that her daughter would become a religious freak...)
